Questions owners ask
Why monthly stays rather than Airbnb nights?
In Dublin, letting a whole apartment that is not your main home for short stays needs planning permission, and the national register starts on 1 December 2026. Stays of 30 nights or more fall outside those rules and bring steady income with fewer changeovers.
Who are the tenants?
Mostly professionals on assignment, people relocating to Dublin, researchers and families between homes. We check ID, employer and references before every stay.
What if something is damaged?
Every stay starts and ends with a photo inventory. Damage is taken from the deposit, and we handle it with the tenant.
Can I stop working with you?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no long commitment. The notice period is set in your management agreement.
Do you clean apartments you don't manage?
Yes, our cleaning-only service is open to hosts in the seven postcodes we cover.
